A couple of weeks ago, I hit a wall.
Too many projects.
Too many ideas.
Too many tabs open—literally and mentally.
And in the midst of all that chaos, a truth I’ve learned (and apparently forgotten) came crashing back into view:
👉 You can only have one “most important thing” at a time.
Not five.
Not three.
Just one.
If everything is a priority… then nothing is.
So I paused. Took a breath. And asked myself the simplest question that always brings clarity:
“What’s my ONE job right now?”
Not forever.
Not next month.
Just right now, in this season.
And I want to encourage you to ask the same.
Is your one job selling?
Is it fixing your pricing?
Building your team?
Generating more leads?
Whatever it is—own it.
Focus on it.
Build your schedule, energy, and decision-making around it.
Because here’s what happens when you don’t…
You chase shiny objects.
You try to do everything at once.
You start strong but rarely finish.
You work hard, but don’t move forward.
Sound familiar? Yeah, me too. I’ve been there more times than I can count.
Every single time I’ve stopped and asked myself,
“What’s my ONE job right now?”
—clarity returned.
And with clarity comes power.
Power to say yes to the right things.
Power to say no to distractions.
Power to finally gain traction.
This week, pick your one job.
Go all in on it.
Let it shape your to-do list, your calendar, and your energy.
Then watch what happens.
Momentum will follow.
Keep moving forward,
