After interviewing hundreds—maybe even thousands—of business owners over the years, I’ve noticed a pattern that’s impossible to ignore. There’s one habit, one behavior, one mindset that separates the people who finally break through to seven figures from those who stay stuck at $200k, $300k, sometimes $500k year after year.

And it has nothing to do with:

❌ Talent
❌ Intelligence
❌ Experience

The inability to make decisions.

The Problem Isn’t Resources—It’s Uncertainty

A couple weeks ago, I had a strategy session with a husband-and-wife team—one of the sharpest, most motivated couples I’ve ever met. They were checking every box: longevity in business, strong revenue, solid profit margins, good pricing structure, and a decent pipeline.
